Double card swipe refund

On Sunday17 March I was double debited on a card swipe. I called into the call centre immediately and was told to call back the following day. On Monday 18 March I reported it and was given reference 52364701 by a man by the name of Prenesh. I was advised that I would be refunded within 12 business days.
Today is day 17 (business days) and I am still being told that the value accounts department is looking into the matter. Every person who I call tells me that the matter has been escalated.
Escalated to where?
I have spoken to Phindile, Thandi, Mmathabo, and Ziyaad.
Kalyn Bailey was meant to call me before 10am this morning, but he took his lunch break instead.
This is unacceptable. It has been 3.5 weeks that I am out of pocket, and I have to constantly listen to Standard Bank excuses.
I want this resolved today.
