There was transaction on my credit card in March. I received an SMS and called the dept immediately so that the transaction could be reversed. I had one call a few days later saying that the matter will be attended to.

I look at my statement in May and I see that there is no credit on the account. I then go into the Pavilion branch. The lady was on hold for 45 minutes before she spoke to anyone. Apparently it has been far to long for this not to be sorted out and has been escalated. Somebody will call me. I wait, No calls.

I then call the department and speak to Noni. Noni says its been escalated to her team leader Melissa Bons who will contact me. No call.

I call back, Speak to Razzak Samodien who says Mellisa is in a meeting and will call me back. No call.

So I call again this morning. I gave up after holding for 15 minutes.

So Standard Bank, when will I get my money back? And when will you stop spending so much money on marketing for new clients when you can not handle the client volume that you have?

Can somebody PLEASE CALL ME!!
