Lindi Ledwaba, called regarding a returned debit order returned, without notification - during the public holidays.
still no joy as she gave me an attitude and said since 2009 they dont inform customer regarding returns anymore, thats why they didnt inform me, but i only found out after i had to report to headoffice since all the brances could not assist.
