Debit Order Returned

On the 20 June 2013. I went to JHB Branch to arrange for payment of my debit order which was not provided for. I was helped by Pontso who assured me that if I deposit money before 12pm on that day, my debit order will be paid. On the 21 June 2013, my debit order was returned. I was never been so frustrated bcs I was the first client at the bank to make arrangement but my debit order WAS NOT PAID. My policy was canceled and that was a bad record on my side. Pontso and Tsolofalo promised me that they will speak to their manager to arrange for my refund. Until today, they didnt bother to do a follow up on the mess and empty promise that they gave me. I was helped by Lindi Ledwaba who was so helpful. She put herself on my shoes and gave me support and she went an extra mile to try and find ONOTHER INSURANCE THAT WILL COVER MY CAR AT CHEAPER RATE. She went an extra mile to make sure that I am happy and all my frustration is over. Thanks Lindi, everything happens for a reason. you came in and gave me the BEST INSURANCE COVER EVER. Lindi is really an Asset to Standard Bank. We need consultants who are committed and who fullfill thier promises. Not the BAD service from JHB branch
