I purchased a smartphone online from FNB which was delivered to me in December, since Feb i have been having endless problems with the device and due to my Network provider being CELLC, I continued calling customer service for assistance, after a month of calling in and querying one agent who was so well versed and clued up with what she does advised me that I should actually take the device back as a faulty batch of devices were despatched in Dec. I called FNB to advise them of the issues with the device on the 26/03/2013 and was told that the issue will be escalated and the device will be collected from me only after Easter. Last wed 03/04/2013 some guy called to say the device will be fetched by fri 05/04/2013, to date I am still paying for a faulty device no-one has collected it, FNB gives me CELLC`s number to query, and they as usual dont know what the is going on, every agent I speak to gives me a different number to call. Can someone look into this and give me urgent feedback.
