DO NOT TAKE A SMART DEVICE WITH FNB

I took a smart device, Blackberry with FNB a couple of months ago. I had problems with the device since I have received it and I took it up with FNB who referred me to my service provider. I was told that the problems I have been receiving are general blackberry problems, which sounded strange at the time as my whole household have blackberry's and I'm the only one that is experiencing problems. I advised FNB again and they arranged for the device to be picked up for repairs. The devise was collected on the 29th of July and I was notified that repairs will take 14days. I called on day 14th and could not get feedback on what is happening or the status of the repairs. No one contacted me or kept me up to date. I have been contacting FNB since the 19th of August. I then decided to cancel and now I have been told I am liable for a cancellation fee. I will still have the device if it was not faulty. We now in September and I still do not know what is happening. I am fed-up, hitting brick walls and not getting feedback!
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A SMART DEVICE WITH FNB - THEIR SERVICE IN THIS REGARD IS PUTRATE!!!
I'M PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE. THEY SERVICE LEVEL IS NON EXISTANT!
