Hi hello Peter team

I write this letter with hope that my dissatisfaction with Standard bank could be escalated and addressed with the relevant people.

Some time last year I realised my revolving credit was not decreasing, while I am paying into it? So I initially visited Witbank branch and they made me aware the deductions were nt correct, due to it not captured correct.

I was amazed and nt happy as I was paying but the debt is not decreasing. So I laid a complaint at Menlyn Branch at the service consultants upstair with a young white mail with red hair. He assured me they would back date nd ensure the interest are re-calculated. This never materialised so I visited the bank agaid to be assistd by a African women, who also assured but not respond and I updated my alternative details with her.

This is the point I abandoned all my dealings with them stating l will not honor any unless my enquiries are address and denied a new card offered after the old was damaged.

About a month ago I received legal calls forcing me to make payments which was not fair as I still acknowledge debt but was not happy with interest not worked out properly. They are demanding I pay almost double.
