Balance not reducing after paying R17000 on accoun

I came out of debt review and the last balance on the debt collectors statement for my Revolving Credit Loan account was R47296 and on Overdraft account R53571.59. I have now been paying a total of R17700 on my revolving credit account and the balance as at today was R46057.18.

I was informed on numerous ocasions that this account attracts no more interest and nobody within standard bank can tell me where my R17000 has gone.

All Standard Bank does is pull up their shoulders and refer me to some other Debt Collection Agency who is now handling my account.

I expect Standard bank to give me a concrete answer to why this account has only decreased by a mere 1, 200 and then also to enter into a payment arrangement directly with me and not use 3rd parties which increase cost for everyone involved
