No service, non-delivery of card and no response

On 12 August 2013 I registered for the Ucounts rewards program. I received an email stating that I will receive my card in the mail soon. Because I was so eager to start with this program I went into the Menlyn Retail Branch to make sure that my address details are correct. The consultant assured me that everything is in order and I will receive the card shortly.By 20 September 2013, I still had not received my card, so I sent an email enquiring about my card. Up to date I have received NO RESPONSE. Std Bank just deducted a whole 12 months membership off my account, without sending me my card nor communicating with me about my complaint! I phoned the call centre on 21 September 2013. The consultant stated that they had a different address on the system. She corrected it AGAIN and assured me I will receive my card in the mail shortly. It is now a whole month later, 22 October and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CARD!!! How poor is the service if they cannot even send a ucounts card to my FICA address which I double checked and verified??? This is the worst service I have ever experienced from Std Bank!!! Plus I am paying for a service I do not have!!!
