THE CAR COMPANY TO ME AND NOBODY CAN ASSIST?

I purchased a brand new jeep wrangler unlimited from new vaal motors in january. i was told the fuel consumption on the vehicle would be 11.5l/100km, the vehicle on a long trip got 14.5. the vehicle rattles everywhere and there are numerous other faults. upon approaching jeep to return the vehicle, as is my right in terms of the CPA, i was told sorry they will investigate further but they dont believe i may return it. i then tried to sell the car or trade it in but nobody will touch it as wesbank has charged me the interest on the vehicle upfront and there will be a huge shortfall due to this?!?!? is it not illegal to charge interest upfront?!?!? should it not be charged monthly in terms of the nation credit act? i paid a R60 000 deposit, have a residual and apparently i still have not paid R1 off the original purchase price? so now i sit with a car i dont want and a bank that cant explain how this payment structure is in accordance with the relevant statutes? can anyone please help?
