Collections under debt review

I'm currently under debt review of which creditors received a certificate from the PDA that I'm under debt review, african bank keeps on debiting on my account as a result I must always return to da bank and reverse da money and da bank charges are abnormal, I received an sms from african bank that I need to make payments before legal action will be taken, how can I keep on paying when I'm under debt review and they (african bank) know that, I went 2 da debt counsiller because I could no longer afford 2 make most payments of which african bank is 1, please stop debiting from my account because da matter is with my debt counsillo
