So i made a purchase online on the 5th of April of R2863.37 and the funds got taken from my accounts and is waiting to authorise, then the retailer i bought from cancelled my purchase because the unable to authorise which have no clue why. Then today was atleast an hour on the phone just to find out the information that the one of many girls at your call centre gave me is wrong. She said is should send a blank email to [Email Removed] and they willl respond with the forms.1st of all i didnt receive the forms because the email address doesnt work and then i thought lets try the website and i search for the forms and couldnt find it but anyway that information was all wrong. Then i called back and went through the same process of verifying my card with the pin that i use then finally some African lady gave me proper information and put me through to cancellations. Then he said i should send my request to cancellations with my card details etc and the date purchase. I hope they right this time. Its my money and i dont why i should go through all of this to get it back. I spent more than a hour the phone and thats not very efficient.and im utterly disgusted
