To whom it may concern

I received an email alert via identity alert that a enquiry on my credit report was been made by ABSA card which was found to be an illegal online application by an unnamed individual for a credit card using my details. Upon opening my credit report I found that the details on my report were incorrect i which I logged a dispute with transunion and I was informed to send my ID and Proof of address to [Email Removed] the email was sent on the 18th of December. I called them a week later and I was informed that the process will take 5 working days to be processed. I did not receive an email or a call from them after that in December regarding the case and I sent a follow up email on the 6th Jan 2014 to find out how far the dispute is and I was smsed later that evening that I had submitted insufficient information and the case was closed. I would like to understand why no representative from transunion never contacted me to address this and why some details on my report are still reflecting wrong information. Please can this be addressed urgently.
