Accident Claim, waiting 4 months

I had a bumper bash on the 21st Nov 2012, and reported the incident to the claims dept on the 22nd Nov 2012.We hassled to get an assessor to see my vehicle, and eventually had one sent out. That was the end of my claim, I've had no correspondence at all after that. Ive contacted them numerous times and they were going to get back to me, not once have i received any communication. My last call, they advised that I should contact the panel beater myself and enquire what the hold up is. This is not my responsibility, but theirs.
