5 - 7 days delivery becomes 37 days and counting

I applied for a Cheque account on the 16 of OCTOBER... I was told the card delivery would take between 5 and 7 days... it is now 37 days and counting and I still have received NO card... Being a resourceful and competent person I have even tried to assist you FNB on numerous occasions, by following up on my own accord and showing momentous patience and restraint by smiling sweetly and accepting the repeated answers of, "They will call you in 24 hours to arrange delivery, I am escalating this as we speak."

Please for the love of Pete, or Steve or whoever, can this be resolved, my restraint has left the backseat and has made a dramatic exit, it has been replaced with irritation and frustration...
