TRANSACTIONS GOING THROUGH MY ACCOUNT

Std bank was made aware of the transactions going through my cheque account beginning of May already, promised that i would get a phone call within 48hours from the department who will investigate the matter further, in the mean time my card was blocked, and this left me without money! within 48 hours i was contacted and assured the problem would be sorted out and that i will be contacted again with more information, this never happened. then two days later another transaction went through my account after my card was already blocked, again i contacted std bank and they told me it was under investigation! three weeks later another transaction went through my account from the same vendor AVIS RENT-A-CAR i contacted std bank who said they will escalate the matter and return to me with an answer within 48 hours now its been more than a month since my first call and i was contacted once by std bank and in the mean time i used R300 worth of airtime to try and sort this matter out. still no return of my funds and still no one contacted me with a solution! i guess to them its ok if vendors take money out of accounts! ill soon be moving all my accounts!
