Once again!!!

I just placed a call to my insurers and had a question for them but was spoken to so rudley and with such an attitude by the call centre agent named lezel when calling this number 086 110 2357. When I asked her why she is getting all and irritated with me she cut me off and left me holding then came back to me and arrogantly asked me if I want to be put through to another consultant. What am a child that she put in a corner then came back to almost as if to teach me a lesson??? Who the do you think you are???
