My husband purchased Flight Simulator X this weekend and we had a problem installing it, kept getting an error. I followed all of the steps on the Microsoft support site. The software then told us that the licence was invalid. After spending R110 on airtime holding on for someone in the call centre my call was finally answered by an agent.By this time I was very irritated. I asked her if she could phone me back and was told no because their call volume is too high. She asked me for my email address which I then gave her. She got it completely wrong. I apologised for being so irritated as it was very obvious in my voice that I was irritated. I was told to please be professional and my call was cut!!!
