Activating my old policy after it's been canceled

I have sold my vehicle in September 2013..after the buyer of the vehicle said that they are going to take the vehicle, I phoned and canceled my policy, then the Lady I spoke to said that there is no forms to be filled in everything is done through this phone call, then she told me that they are going too pay me the last debit order back in 21 working days..that never happened..Then in December they send me an email stating that they have updated my policy and it will be deducted from my account this month, as far as i am concerned i have never agreed or signed any documents to give a go a head, in fact i have send a mail back stating that i have never asked for an update, i mean why should i if i don't have that vehicle anymore..So i want my money that you from me and promised me back in 24 hours otherwise i will open up a case and will go to the news papers that you as a company are money from old clients.
I'm very mad and frustrated! you as a company are doing so wrong, if i did not receive my money
