I have just recieved an sms this morning stating that my payment is overdue. I have made two payment on the 27 March 2013. Please check your records. You recieved the payment for the other account but you claim not to recieved for the 2nd account. I have made both payments the same day.
your system is very poor if it can only pick up one of my payments and not the other. Please get back to me on this matter as i have sent proof of payment last week and will not send it again.
