Hi

I have recieved an email from Carol on the 2 may 2013, that both my loan account payments are reflecting.

On the 8 May 2013, i recieved an sms from Nimble Group stating that they have not recieved any payments for either of my loan accounts.
Please can you get your facts straight. I have emailed Carol regarding this matter, she hasnt responded yet.
I'm sticking to my payment arrangements and use the ref numbers that were given by yourself and FNB. Kindly ensure that this does not happen again next month.
