More than 2 weeks am my payment is not reflecting!

I made a payment to my account on the 10/04 for R300 and again on the 22 for R3000. My payment is still not reflecting. I called in again this morning, the admin department confirmed that they have recieved my email of the POP for the R300 and they are going to allocate it today. So what have they been doing since the 10/04?? Why was this payment not allocated if they did recieve it. The 2nd POP was sent to the same email address 3 times!!! And Makro auto mated email replied to the emails when sent through. Now the lady tells me that i must re-send the POP! What nonsense is this??? Are they too laid back and lazy to allocate payments? Must I now come into the store to make my payment and ensure that its allocated to my account? then whats the purpose of giving the EFT option? In any case, they told me that they cant email my statement, only post it. Guess what, I have not recieved a statement vis post yet!!! I want this resolved ASAP!!! This is pathetic customer service!!!
