After paying monthly subscriptions for 4 years for 2 companies, Legal Sense cancelled the policy of both companies as soon as one company was in need of their legal advice and services.
The monthly subscriptions were paid each month by debit order, they continued to debit our account, even after they cancelled the policy.
A request for a meeting to obtain an explanation has not been addressed by them for almost three months.
No record of a refund either.
So glad we did not have a legal emergency and think we were covered.
