Service is pathetic

We where sold a policy over the phone for a car. We told how fantastic their policies and what the excess ect would be. However when the documentation came through this turned out to be all. However I cancelled the policy the next day before collection of the car. Outsurance confirm the policy sold was incorrectly. However do you think these clowns will give us a refund as promised for their. WOULD YOU PLEASE REFUND the money you took from our account!!! You are the biggest bunch of clowns I have dealt with!!!
