Outsurance continues debit me after cancellation

Three months after i cancelled a policy because the car was sold outsurance continues to debit my account.
I sent an email to the usual email address that outsurance uses to communicate with me on the policy and advised then to cancel the policy with intimidate effect as i had sold the car and bought an Aveo (which by the way was also insured through the same facility)
I cannot believe the horrible customer service from outsurance with all the bragging they do everyday.
Now i want a refund for all the wrong debits for the last four months.
