ABSA REWARDS A RIP OFF

On 25 th March 2013, i converted R 330.00 of ABSA rewards to airtime. Until today I have never received this airtime. After 7 calls to customer care, nobody can assist and will call me back. Have I been ripped off by ABSA... AGAIN!!!
