Boring dead staff

Hi wesbank,
so let me tell you what happen today.
I went to collect my car papers today, I arrived at reception and was told to go upstairs and turn right, I got there and it was empty, so I sat down, 5 staff members looked at me like I am an alien, and I politely still sat, 20 minutes past and I still sat, guess what it was amazing another man came and sat next to me, before he could even sit down a voice said next customer please, so I walked up to the counter where I was asked, do I have a ticket so I said no, I was told to go get one, and they served the other customer, this was totally amazing, So I am guessing that they would of let me sit for another 20mins or an hour, They probably have bets to say how long you think this will sit before he realize we dont help or speak to people unless they have a ticket, now for the joke, as I left I went to reception to stamp my ticket, a guy was there and said he needed to collect his car papers to which the lady replied go up the stairs and turn right, to which I replied dont forget to get a ticket or no one will speak to you and you could end up sitting for an hour, atleast he thanked me. what a joke. have a nice day.
