Disgruntled at ushaka

Sadly, I had to turn my kids away from a promised and excitement filled event, that I had paid for, but was kicked out of.
I had enquired with ticket sales at Ushaka iro tickets for the "dolphins in Starlight" show. I was told that I needed to book for the same at conputicket, but I WILL collect my tickets at the event, provided I has the credit card used for the transaction on hand. This was ALL I needed. To avoid any delays/issues, I paid for the same on 10/12/2013 for the 13/12/2013 show.
I arrived at the venue and proceeded (credit card in hand) to the ticket stands to collect my ticket, only to be directed by support staff (male) to Amith (a manager). Telling him that I had paid for my ticket, and asking to swipe to collect my already paid for tickets, he just smirked at me, telling me rudely that he cannot help. I must go to computicket, this is at 18h50. the show a starts at 19h00. when where the said office was, he smirked again, telling me its in "central town". I asked for assistance and he refused. I asked for a more senior man ager who could have helped, but apparently he was the master of ceremonies. what a joke. Am I wrong to feel robbed and treated like a beggar.
