Well to say my dad who is a sugar patient and a heart patient left for doha on sat 22 june was met by a check in person at the counter who could not even varefy his ticket that had a reff no on the ticket. He waited for an hour at the counter on the side all my dad did was change his 1 year ticket to a new date the new tickt had the reff no which the lady could not read she asked us whats in a box that he was checking in my dad said its dates to eat she than said what are dates hmmmmm to see qater dont know what even dates are needs to educate the checkin counter people more carefuly as we waited for an hour all she could say was realax i dont belive thise we also had to explain who dates grow on tress total madness.
