The Bank that DOES NOT CARE

I wrote 2 reports on Hellopeter last week complaining about the service of FNB.
To date only after I kept calling the Call Centre number (at least 7 times) FNB sent me and calling the Branch did someone in the Branch try deal with my problem.

There has not been any concern from higher up at FNB. As I stated before, it's the Bank that does not care. They will take your money gladly, but do not expect any help. We have banked with them for over 80 years. Loyalty means nothing.

Please take your adverts off the Radio talking about B bank that does'nt care. You are the bank that does not care!!
