I tried once again to register for online banking. I still have not been able to load a beneficiary after 2 weeks and is now costing me money. I cant go into the bank as FNB has no proper banking hours. And I cant afford to keep calling the call centre as that to cost money. I am so done with the unhelpful hours and service from FNB that I have officially decided that I will be going to Captic. I wont get a call from FNB for at least another 2 days from the "customer care department" So its faster if I just close my account and go to Capitec. I hope others out there don't make the same mistake I did. FNB no care in customer CARE!!!
