FNB DOESNT RESPECT LOYALTY

So i gingerly walked into your Briton branch to open a small savings account, i was told no problem but we need you to redo your fica, i explained i have two or more accounts with fnb and they are all active and i use them daily, i do pay a lot in bank fees to your guys, to my dismay the manager said it was policy and i should accept it, i stated politely that i have a lot of money invested in your bank and that i have been a customer for years . he blankly refused, his name is Bafana Zikalala, BRITON BRANCH! i want to put more money into your bank and yet i cant, the fica ts yes one annoying and yes i know its policy, but my reasons for not doing it is that i stay with my parents n they are overseas at the moment, and i would hate to drag an elderly couple to your bank every time i want to open an account also all my accounts go to a
POBOX, even though i have many accounts and have banked with u for years., is my loyalty not worth anything to u???
