ABSA's bad customer service

I wrote a complaint on hellopeter on Sunday the 6th of Jan 2013, no one has phoned me, now I need to know can help me close my account, I have never seen such a useless bank, very expensive does not take care of their customers, firstly I was phoned to come and have an account with this dont care bank, after a week no one has ever contacted me, the call centre is useless, they are clue less, I am sick and tired of this bank.
