Debit date still wrong after 7 months

On the day my loan was approved I told the lady the debit date was wrong. She told me she cant change it but I should not worry, the bank would pick it up and sort the problem out. I was worried that late payments would reflect badly on my record so I phoned customer care. Was told to go to branch with my details.. Got the same response at the branch as 1st time. Went to different branch and got same result. Called customer care and was told to go to the branch again. Did that 5 times and the result is still zero. EVERY month the bank calls me asking why the payment is late. EVERY month I explain the problem. EVERY month they tell me to go to a branch to fix the problem. Now the bank is starting to deduct money from my account just as and when they want causing huge problems for me. This has been going on for 7 months.
