Debited on a Loan Already Paid in FULL

FNB EASY PLAN has debited my bank account for March 2013, on a loan I have already been paid off on February 2013,
I am a paying client who always pays my debts and I don't like the fact that they claim I didn't. stating November was a discrepancy when I have checked with my bank (ABSA) this month and it has been paid, I have provided the CBD branch with bank statements from November 2012- March 2013 to show that my debit order has all complied with my claim.
I WANT MY MONEY, I have paid this loan off in full under a 9 month contractual agreement, They also claim my loan finishes in May 2013, How is that possible when I signed a 9 month contract which ended in February 2013.
I have already lodged complaint at the FNB easy plan branch in riebeeck street (Cape Town CBD)- Teller Clint, number (021) 418 2137, and with the debt collectors department, But still no response, Such poor service is not warranted from a bank who claims to be customer centric. They are breaching my rights as a consumer and I wont hesitate to take them to the banking ombudsman.
