I have been a client of FNB's for over 25 years. I occasionally receive phone calls from them reminding me how much they appreciate my loyalty, and then try to sell me something.

In all the years I have never asked FNB for any favors or special treatment.

I have recently, for the first time, requested assistance from FNB only to be turned away.

With the phrase "how can we help you? ", this is absolutely shocking treatment to a "loyal" client.

Unfortunately FNB do not value their longstanding clients and it is reflected in their attitude.

I am serviced by the Premier Suite, which has absolutely no advantage. The attitude and treatment is exactly the same.

My 25 year relationship with FNB looks like it will soon be coming to an end.
