Promised that debit order was cancelled

I was retrenched at the end of October. Lauren Landy from FNB phoned me and said I must fax al my documents of my retrenchment through to her, because I had a smartloan through FNB. She said that once she received the documents she would sent it to their claims department. To see if i could claim for the 6 month period that the bank would pay for the loan, because of my retrenchment. All documents was faxed to her on the 27th of November 2013. On the 28th of November 2013 I sent her an email to confirm if she did receive the documents and that the debit order on my loan was cancelled. She then repied that the documents were sent through to the correct department and that the debit order was stopped. Yet today when one of my friends paid R500 into my bank account to buy food a debit on the loan went through for the amount of R342. I am very dissapointed about this.
