Handed over for paid up loan!!!

Good day,
I have just received an meal, and SMS regarding the temporary loan of R1000.00 I took from FNB early December, stating that I have a balance of R674.22 and to immediately pay this money to the attorney Groenewald lubbe or else will suffer further charges and bills, I was given bank details and told to PAY! as FNB debits my account when monies are received into my account, and I have had money in my account at all times, enough for this loan to be debited at any time.
On closer inspection on my banking statements I have found that the amount of R857.66 was debited on the 11/12/12 and balance of the loan of R272 was debited on the 25/12/12. I find this shocking that as an FNB customer I get harassed by debt collectors and made to feel ignorant and belittled by my own bank, how can, after paying the loan off 2 months ago, be harassed by debt collectors, when the loan has been paid up already? I refuse to deal with your chosen collector as they refuse to understand the amount has been paid, and are demanding further payment. So much for putting your customers first, this will be the last time I use a "simple and hassle free product" offered by FNB!!!
