Poor service ABSA ACTIONLINE

We had hail damage in November 2012. the assessor Magmood gave approval in January 2013. after numerous calls, leaving messages no feedback from them!!! EISH!!! useless staff you have ABSA!!! they can only say EISH!!! we have major damage because of the hail, and is just getting worse and worse with the rain! useless bunch of that is working there!!!
what do you want us to do ABSA!!! wait till your staff can do there jobs???!!!
