ABSA PROPERTY INSURANCE IS USELESS

HI

We have been waiting for ABSA INSURANCE to attend to our claim from the 21st of November regarding hail damage!!
Kenso from TG Construction and Projects did phone on the 28th to make an appointment for the same day at 4oclock in the afternoon, but we could not meet at that time.
We then asked for him to come on Friday morning the 29th, but he could not make it and said he will phone us at around 6oclock on the 28th to make arrangements to see us on Monday morning 8oclock.

We never received a call at 6oclock, and we tried contacting him on his cell, and the office nr but we cannot get hold of him. (He then phoned on Monday 2nd Dec after 6o'clock to say he is leaving Rustenburg and will see us later that evening, but we said sorry he can not come so late at night, that was the last we heard from him.)
This was reported to ABSA on an email on the 2nd of December, the email was read but no reply was received!
I then send another email on the 3rd that was also read and still no reply from ABSA!!!

With all the rain we are getting the damage is getting worse as it is raining into our kitchen ceiling and the water is running down the walls behind the cupboards!

ABSA IS USELESS!
