Am very dissapointed in smart insurance my claim was rejected because it exceeded the thresh hold amount with a couple of hundreds. What i dont understand is why they dont pay the maximum amount that one is insured for which in my case would be R2500. The rest of the monies the customer should be liable for.

The only thing smart about them is ripping us off our money thats all. I will be cancelling the policy i have with them its useless in any case. I will use my comprehensive cover for every damage i have in thecar.

I will not recommend this to any one its and waiste of money.
