Please Cancel My Policy as its not worth it!!!

I was sold the cover in June last year on a black car which is obviously sensitive to minor scratches. On the 21st Jan 2013 i went to one of their approved Panelbeaters (AFGO Panelbeaters) for a quotation, in which amounted to around R1900 which was rejected as the pictures of my car where not sufficient, bcause of my busy shedule i took the car back for another quote on the 14th Mar 2013 and by this tym the car had additional scratches and a cracked side mirror which amounted to around R11 000 and no feedback was given till i called them... so what was i paying for if i may ask? as the claim has been rejected and i have to go via my comprehensive cover which has approved my claim and all im paying is R3000 excess to get my car repaired.

I would not recommend anyone to take up the smart insurance unless you want to spend each month at panelbeaters repairing minor scratches because of the fear that they might reject your claim if it goes above your limit.

Very and DISSAPOINTED... from now on im sticking with my insurance because they know what they are doing and know customer care.
