Claim rejected (CLRGTCVP173380)

I cannot believe that I am part of this by Smart Insurance. I have been with Smart Insurance for the past 2.5yrs paying my subscription very well. I have recently submitted a claim, the insurer requested two quotes, 1st R2900.00 not considered, 2nd R3700.00 considered and rejected on grounds that it exceeded the amount of R3000.00. When I asked I was told that the lesser quote does not include everything.

I have now cancelled my subscrption with Smart Insurance and would get a second opinion from the ombudsman.
