I CALLED FNB SERVICE CENTRE TO SAY THAT I NO LONGER RECEIVE FROM IN CONTACT WHEN MONEY IS TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT OR WHEN MONEY IS GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT. I DO HAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER, THE GENT ON THE PHONE SAID HE WOULD GET HIS SUPERVISOR TO CONTACT ME. I AM STILL WAITING AND IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO. THIS IS VERY URGENT MATTER AS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES I NEED TO KNOW WHEN THERE IS MOVEMENT IN MY ACCOUNT. I THINK THE SERVICE IS APALLING ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO HAVE IN CONTACT.
