I made an internet payment into my African Bank credit card account in the amount of R700 on 25 March 2013. After numerous calls to the contact centre, who clearly dont give a about consumers, I say this as none the consultant's who assisted me telephonic were just pathetic service and the one who gave me my reference number, never bother to check my account. After spending my precious time with that worthless service centre, I went o the Midrand Boulderd branch, the consultant check my account and found the funds I had paid was reflecting on the account. Firstly the wrong reference number was given to me by the contact centre agent, secondly, my funds were deposited into a bank account that does not belong to me. Threes later I'm still waiting. I was not called or given any indication has to when will be funds be allocated to my credit card as per your own policy... I want my money African Bank, You dont adhere to your own policies. I am feed - up for poor service delivery.
