About 3 weeks ago I withdrew money from a faulty atm. I never received the money, but the amount was taken off my account. I called in to report the matter immediately and was told that I had to go into a branch to lay a complaint, which I did. No one ever came back to me with any feedback. I had to call FNB 2 weeks later to follow up on the matter. I was informed that the money would only be paid into my account the following Friday (22/02/2012). I was not satisfied with the results, as I don't see the reason I have to wait for my money if this was not an error from my side. The consultant I spoke to said she would email me the details of who I should contact in connection with the problem, but that never happened. Till date I still have not received my money and no one even has the decency to contact me and inform me as to what the delay is.
