Pre-paid money paid - no airtime

We've been buying pre-paid airtime for our domestic worker on a monthly basis for the last 5 years. The money was deducted from our account on 24 Oct 2013, however no airtime was credited to her account. We contacted the Customer Care line 082 111 with the following results:
o Dimakazi on 30 Oct 2013 16:50 (said she could see the money waspaid & will log a call for a technician to contact the us to credit the account with the airtime)
o Mazibiso on 1 Nov 2013 19:00 (said they were "off-line" and could not help me)
o Thabang on 2 Nov 2013 10:50 (said that his colleague Dimakazi to me as no money was transfered and no call was logged. I have to contact the bank and find out where the money was. He was most patronising and did not listen when I said I have a bank confirmation and reference number)
o Sibusiso on 2 Nov 2013 11:20 (supposedly a Supervisor, gave a fax number to send the bank reference and confirmation with a reference number that was sent to the cell number. The fax number does not accept faxes!) Vodacom ref no: A1-06J9-Y9X1V2
We have now e-mailed a request to an e-mail number and trust the "Hello Peter" avenue will resolve the matter.
