Invading Privacy Unlawfully

I pay my account each and every month, but this month there was a hiccup with my account, and i have paid half of my account already, and as soon as i get the rest of my money i will pay the rest. My phone has been soft-locked, which i have no problem, cause i know why.

My complaint is: I just got phone calls from 2 of my most random friends, stating VODACOM has phoned them, asking where am I, and that they must contact me to tell me i must contact vodacom.

When i opened my account with vodacom, i gave up my parents information as reference.

Isn't it against the law to contact friends or family? One of them are from my church! What must they be thinking now?!?

You are breaking the CONTRACT we have, where i gave alternative contact details to contact, and youmare invading your clients PRIVACY!!!
