A large investment was due. Ashok Maharaj promised to call me a prearranged date with dates this was not done. When I queried, the answers indicated a don't care attitude. 5 days later the funds were not available for transfer to another bank. Allan Khan (regional manager) was contacted to rectify the matter and compensate the loss of income for these 5 days. He promised accordingly. on 28/03 I called personally to the bank and was promised to be copied on an email query why I was not compensated. I only get copied on 03/04/2013 at 08.18, it is now 4.18pm and there is no response from Allan Khan or the bank.
Why waste money derived from the client base to advertise for new customers, when the staff of Nedbank cannot keep their old loyal customers. Due to this poor service I will ensure my family stop dealing with this bank and advise others as well.
Perhaps now that I wasted more of my time with this complaint, the bank will take notice.
