On Monday the 11th of November, i requested a money transfer from Nedbank to Grindrod Bank, I was assured that the money would be transferred the following day. Upon investigation, the money had not been received by Grindrod Bank on Friday the 15th of November. After numerous calls to Nedbank and many promises by Sibongile, no money transfer has occured to date. Sibongile promised me that the manager would phone me on 5 occasions!!! The manager did phone once, where he left a voicemail, we called back, spoke to Sibongile, she promised that he would phone me back - I am still waiting for the call...
